Not a management seat inside someone else's system. This is the first chair of a new studio: you decide the team, the strategy and the product direction for the entire Global market.
Reports straight to the NEXTWIST project director - no middle layer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own UA and growth for the Global market - all of it.
- Decide the team structure yourself - build and run the UA/Growth team the way you believe works.
- Hire your own people: propose and recruit whoever you need.
- Set UA and product strategy for Global - channels, budget, and where the product goes next.
- Report directly to the project director, with no layer in between.
WHY THIS SEAT
- Full authority over team structure - bringing your own team is encouraged.
- Content is not your problem: films come from AI production plus licensed acquisition - the exact bottleneck every other short-drama team hits.
- Infrastructure is already in place - ad accounts, AdMob, film-buying budget, a private office. Nothing to beg for.
- A path to becoming a Co-Founder of NEXTWIST, with ESOP.
- In from day one - built from the ground up, inheriting no one's legacy system or process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Have run or led growth - UA, performance marketing or growth - for an app product in Global markets.
- Have built and managed a team, and are comfortable setting its structure rather than fitting a given mould.
- Owner mindset - this suits someone who wants to build from zero, not operate an existing machine.

- High base salary
- Performance-based commission (COM)
